Once your provider has granted you access to your records, you will simply need to select the "Access your records" link in your registration email. Through this registration process, you'll be able to set up your username and password. Please note that the default username is the email address your doctor used to grant you access to your health records. If you have not received a registration email, please contact your doctor to enroll you in Patient Fusion.
