How do I edit my contact information?

Most information (i.e. your name or DOB and other health information) is entered and can only be edited by your provider. You'll want to contact your provider's office to have this information updated. For additional information, see Information in my account is incorrect. How can I correct this?

However, you can change things like email and phone number for your Patient Fusion account. To do this, please select the Account Settings icon from the left navigation bar in your Patient Fusion account. Please see the screenshot below.
