If you are accessing your patient portal account from a desktop or laptop, the Log out button will appear towards the bottom of the menu bar along the left-hand side of your portal (see below).
If the Log out button is not present, you may need to expand the window to make room for the navigation bar. If this does not work, please make sure you are using a supported browser. We recommend Chrome or Firefox. Please note that Internet Explorer version 9 and below are not supported.
If you're accessing your patient portal account from a mobile device, the experience will appear a bit differently.
On your mobile device you'll want to tap the 3 horizontal lines (see below) to access the options menu.
You may then scroll to the bottom of the options menu and tap Log out.
