What email notifications will I receive regarding updates in my account?

Patient Fusion notifies patients when they have new information that has been shared with them through their patient portal.

Note: This only includes clinically relevant updates (limited to medications, diagnoses and allergies updated by your doctor in the past month).

This notification does not necessarily indicate that new lab results are available, though lab results that have been shared in the past can still be available in your account.

Additionally, when you receive a new message from your doctor, you should immediately receive an email notification that you've received a new message. The email should arrive at the email address on file with your doctor's office.

Note: This notification is currently only available for new messages. A notification currently will not be sent when your provider responds to an existing message thread. We are looking into changing this to send an email each time a message is sent to the patient.
