If you are receiving the error "Internet Explorer cannot display this page" when clicking on the link to Access your records within your registration email, we first suggest using a different browser. Chrome and Firefox are our preferred browsers and will provide the best experience. You can then access your email through one of these new web browsers and follow the account registration steps outlined here.
Please also note that we only support version 10 or higher of Internet Explorer. You might simply need to upgrade your browser to the most current version to successfully register your account.
