Why am I not able to reach my doctor based on the phone number I received from Patient Fusion?

If the phone number you are calling is within the email that you received from Patient Fusion, this phone number was provided by the doctor and it is the only number we have on file.

Additionally, if you are unable to reach your doctor using the phone number on their Online Booking Page or within your Health Center account, these phone numbers were also provided and approved by the doctor. For that reason, we are only able to provide contact information that is already listed on each doctor's page.

If your doctor has enabled messaging, you will be able to securely message your doctor within your Patient Fusion account. Please view this post for more information on patient messaging. Please note that the doctor has to have enabled messaging for this feature to be available to you. 

If this is an urgent issue, please do not use the messaging feature. If this is a medical emergency, please dial 911.
