How do I change my username?

You can use any unique username when registering your Health Center account.

As soon as your doctor enrolls you in Patient Fusion's Health Center, you should receive a welcome email. You will need the link contained in your welcome email to create your account. Upon clicking "Create your account," you should be taken to the sign up page (pictured below).

You may notice that your default username is your email address. To change your username, you may click into the username field and update the listed username.



Please note that there is not currently a way to change your username once it has been created. If you would like to select a new username for an existing account, the best course of action would be for your doctor to reset your Health Center account. You may request to this directly from your doctor's office, as they have administrative control of all patient portal accounts.

When they reset your account, you will receive a new registration email and PIN (provided by your doctor's office). Following the steps in the registration email, you can set up your account again with a new username. You will be able to see the same information in your Health Center account as before.
