As soon as your appointment request is approved, denied or rescheduled by your doctor's office, you will receive an email notification delivered to the email address you provided when submitting your request. Please note, the practice may update your requested time, so be sure to review the message. You will also receive a notification within your Patient Portal account.
If your original request to book an appointment has not been processed by the doctor's office within 24 hours, the doctor's office will receive an email reminder that your request is pending. In the case your request still has not been processed within 72 hours, your doctor's office will receive an additional email reminder.
