How I do enter an insurance when completing Online Check-In?

Using our Online Check-In service, you can save time by completing your intake form prior to arriving at your doctor’s office. Note: This service is only available if your doctor’s office has chosen to enable Online Check-In

When completing the Insurance portion of Online Check-In, you will first type the payer name into the Insurance company field.


Once that field has been accepted, select the name of your particular insurance plan from the Insurance plan drop-down menu.


While our initial version of Online Check-In includes many frequently used payer/plan combinations, not all plan types will be available when entering your insurance information. The plan list will be populated based on the payer. If the desired plan is not available, it has not yet been added to our plan list. In the meantime, you may still send all other online check-in answers to your doctor using the Submit information button.
