What if clicking "Access your records" doesn't redirect to the registration page?

1. If you click on the link in your welcome email, but are directed to an error message stating "Your registration link has expired," this means your doctor may have reset your account. In that case, there is a more current email which you will need to use to register your account. 



Please note
, that if you have a Gmail account these emails will come into your email clustered into a thread (pictured below). You will need to expand the most current email to find the correct link. You can do this by clicking the three dots at the bottom of the thread to expand the email.

 

2. Finally, the invitation to access your records might have been canceled. In that case, you will need to contact your doctor's office to restore your access.
