This additional step is necessary, as sensitive patient information is
contained within Health Center accounts-- therefore not allowing us to
make administrative changes to your account.
Your Account Setup:
We recommend directing medical questions or concerns to your doctor or
doctor's office, as this Knowledge Base is only available for technical
support or assistance with the Patient Fusion Health Center.
- To view your medical records in your Health Center, your doctor must
use Practice Fusion as their electronic health record (EHR) system and
must grant you access to your records. Currently, we do not allow patients to register for the Health Center without being granted access from their doctor.
- Anyone can search for a doctor or request an appointment with a Practice Fusion doctor on www.patientfusion.com.

Resources for managing your health
- Lab results can be shared with your account by your doctor. Due
to the possible sensitive nature of the lab results, these results will
need to be individually chosen and marked as shared by your doctor. Learn more here.
